Data processed
This site has no forms or user accounts. When you make contact by phone, WhatsApp or email, your name, your contact number or address and the content of your enquiry are processed. Beyond that, only aggregate use of the site is measured, as described under "Web analytics".
Purpose
Answering your enquiry, preparing the quote you requested and, where applicable, managing the resulting job.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the owner's legitimate interest in answering enquiries received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Data is kept while your enquiry or job is being handled and, afterwards, only for the periods required by legal obligations (for example, tax law).
Recipients
No profiling is carried out and no data is sold. Other than Cloudflare, Inc., which provides the hosting and the web analytics described below, no data is shared with third parties. If you contact via WhatsApp or email, those providers (Meta, Google) process the communications under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Web analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to see how many people visit the site. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not track you across sites and builds no profiles: it counts page views in aggregate. Cloudflare, Inc. acts as processor and transiently handles technical request data such as your IP address, browser and referring page. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, no prior consent is required.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no cookies of any kind: no technical, advertising or third-party cookies. The web analytics described above needs none either. That is why you see no consent banner. Language is chosen in the switcher, which leads to a separate address for each language, so it needs no storing. The one exception is a technical entry that the before-and-after photo slider keeps in your browser's session storage so it does not replay its opening animation: it is cleared when you close the tab, holds no personal data and is used for nothing else.
